Principles behind search engine algorithm:

Multiple languages indexed
Depth of indexing is 3 levels
When detected language for the web page is in primary languages it will rank higher than pages with no language detected or with language other than primary languages
Default news view is ordered by date only, then searching for the news it is ordered by relevancy
